Happy New Year to all of our Event Partners here at Ticket Owl! We're excited to get 2025 started with a few big changes to how things are done in an effort to help you have the most successful events possible.
Below you will find Ticket Owl's first set of release notes, intended to help keep Event partners informed on the latest feature and fixes from our talented development team. Some of changes you will notice, and others hidden behind the magic of technology. Regardless, if you ever have any questions do not hesitate to reach out to your Ticket Owl.
New Payout Reporting
Event Partners will no longer be receiving their pay statements by email from their Ticket Owl representative after an event has finished.
Event reports and financials will now be accessible via the Attendee List, replacing the revenue number beside the 'number of tickets sold' counter.
This report will be a snapshot of your event's financials, with the option to load a Full Report anytime during and after your event. Please note, Full Reports are only applicable to events created after January 20th,
Full Reports will have more details than ever before, including the following:
Ticket Price: the price of each individual ticket
Sold: how many of that individual ticket have been claimed
Capacity: what percentage of your overall capacity those tickets account for
Purchased: how many of the claimed tickets were purchased online
Added: how many of the claimed tickets were Manually Added by you into the system. Think complimentary tickets and cash sales recorded.
Pass: how many of those tickets were claimed using a Pass created in our system.
Sales: the total amount of the ticket price x tickets purchased
Ticket Owl Fee: how much Ticket Owl earned off the total tickets purchased
Stripe Fee: how much Stripe earned off the total tickets purchased
Final: the final number that you will be receiving on pay out

First and Last Name Required
Ticket Owl now requires ticket purchasers to include both their first and last names on their tickets at time of purchase.

Sort By Last Name
Sorting the Attendee List alphabetically will now sort by Last Name.
Manually Add Multiple Tickets at Once
You can now add as many tickets as you need in one go when manually adding to your Attendee List.
If multiple tickets are added, you will be given the option to have the same Attendee info across all tickets (example: 2 tickets under Bruce Wayne) or specific names on each ticket (example: 1 ticket for Bruce Wayne and 1 ticket for Alfred Pennyworth).

New Add Tickets Button
We have made it more obvious how to Manually Add tickets.

Customizable Sub Heading
You can now give your event title a subheading. This will take the space previously occupied by the Event's address.
