What is our refund policy?
Ticket Owl works with a variety of Event Partners, all of whom have their own individual refund policies. If refunds are not prohibited, our Event Partners are required to say so clearly in the event's description.
All refunds and date transfers must be made before the event start time.
Unless an event has been cancelled, Ticket Owl's fees are non-refundable.
To request a refund or ticket alteration, please contact info@ticketowl.io with the name of the Event Partner and Event Name, as well as the name on the ticket.
